Anasuryamma Farm – Return & Refund Policy

At Anasuryamma Farm, we take great pride in the quality of our food products. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept physical returns once an item has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we gladly offer replacements or refunds for damaged or incorrect orders.

1. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at anasuryammafarm@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)

  • Clear photographs or a short video of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we evaluate the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

As per food safety standards, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed (unless there is a verified quality issue).

  • Items purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or using a gift card.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or taste, as natural and organic food products can naturally vary by batch.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our facility. Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. To cancel an order, please email us immediately at anasuryammafarm@gmail.com.

4. Refunds Process

If a refund is approved due to damage, transit issues, or cancellation, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will reflect in your bank account, credit card, or wallet within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: If applicable, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
