When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Anasuryamma Farm reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion (including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, regional delivery constraints, or suspected fraudulent activity).

Your order is not legally accepted until we dispatch the product and send a shipping confirmation. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been dispatched due to the perishable nature of food items.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or unauthorized export.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
